Automatic calendar updates
Using the button you can get the Calendar.ics file and open it to import all current registrations into the local calendar app at once.
Registrations from obsazovačky.info can also be imported into other calendar apps such as Apple iCal, Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar. First, copy the calendar address from the registrations overview — use the (copy) button to save it to the clipboard.
Google Calendar – Android
At the bottom of the left column on https://calendar.google.com/, under the arrow next to Other calendars, there is a dropdown menu with the item Add from URL (fig. 1.).
Po stisknutí se zobrazí stejně pojmenovaný formulář (obr. 2.), do kterého je třeba vložit adresu z přehledu přihlášek.
Pressing Add calendar closes the form and the address appears as a new calendar name under Other calendars in the left column (you can rename it).
Pro zobrazení přihlášek v kalendáři je třeba kliknout na čtvereček před názvem.
Outlook Calendar – Windows
In the header of the calendar at https://calendar.live.com/, the Add calendar dropdown contains the option From Internet (fig. 1.).
After clicking, a Subscribe to calendar form (fig. 2.) appears on the right side. Paste the calendar address and enter a name, e.g. Obsazovačky. Press Save to create the new calendar and load the items.
Nový kalendář bude služba sledovat a aktualizovat přibližně každé 4 hodiny.
Apple iCloud Calendar – iPhone
Follow this guide, but instead of the address starting with webcal://files.apple.com/calendars/... paste the address from the registrations overview.
